What we collect

The enquiry form collects your name, email, phone number, postcode, vehicle details, preferred service and date, vehicle condition, site access details, enquiry source, notes and any photos you choose to upload.

How we use it

We use this information to assess the work, prepare a quote, respond to your request and arrange a booking. Submission does not confirm an appointment. We do not add you to an email-marketing list through this form.

Storage and access

Enquiries and photos are stored with the website’s hosting providers, OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. The owner inbox and uploaded photos require authorised owner access. Please do not include sensitive documents or unrelated personal information in photos or notes.

WhatsApp enquiries

After saving an enquiry, you can choose to open WhatsApp with a prepared message containing your name, vehicle, postcode, requested service, condition, access details, preferred date and notes. WhatsApp receives the prepared text when you open the link; you must tap Send in WhatsApp to send it to Muck to Mint. Uploaded photos remain in the website inbox and are not attached. WhatsApp is provided by Meta and has its own privacy terms. You can use the website form without opening WhatsApp.

Your choices

Photos are optional. You can contact us on Instagram to ask about the information we hold or request a correction or deletion. We keep enquiry details while handling your request and any resulting booking; you can ask us to remove an enquiry that you no longer want to pursue.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not install advertising pixels or analytics trackers. The hosting platform may use essential authentication cookies. External links, including Instagram, have their own privacy notices.
